His son has become a full grown man, persuing his lifelong dreams. His friends have went and became successful adults.

And yet there is no change for him.

And he begins to doubt his own worth.

A good friendleader keeps the fighting to a minimum and the teamwork at the maximum, but a good friendleader is also culturally sensitive when dealing with alien species and alternate lifestyles. Since arriving at the Veil and meeting all the trolls, John's developed a knack for knowing who's in a kismesitude and who isn't, only stopping fights that won't or shouldn't lead to concupiscent relationships.
And John accidentally becomes the village two-wheel device when it comes to auspiticing, and as culturally sensitive as he is, he doesn't get why all the trolls have been giving him weird looks lately...

So Roxy's got this mental image of what her Mom might've been like. She's convinced herself that her Mom was a heroic, badass chick fighting alongside Dirk's Bro against the dastardly Condescension. Mom was the epitome of a comic book heroine, a fairytale Prince (but with a vagina), a role model...

And Roxy's just a wee bit smitten.

And then the long-awaited meetup with the other universe happens, and Roxy is shocked to find that Mom is actually a Dad in this universe. Perfect blond hair, piercing purple eyes, fit body, and dat firm ass.

He is Roxy's dream guy. It is him.

Cue seducing.

Rose (or whatever you decide to name Rose - maybe Ross?) doesn't know how to feel about this. I mean, this is his mother's alternate self attempting to get into his pants and well okay she's pretty hot and

God damnit.

In an AU where the ancestors are still alive and act as mentors for their descendants, Tavros is taken prisoner and given to Gamzee as a slave/pet. Gamzee is sober but still develops a little bit of affection for Tavros, verging on a redrom crush. Knowing this, the Grand Highblood uses Tavros to teach Gamzee a lesson whenever he starts getting too cocky. What better way to remind your uppity descendant who’s in charge than to brutally fuck his favorite pet right in front of him?

Bonus: if Tavros has a nice set of wings just like his ancestor

Bonus 2: if the Highblood fantasizes about fucking the Summoner while he's doing it.

Dirk suddenly finds himself parentless, but luckily old enough to be the legal guardian of his little brother Dave, rather than them both being dumped into foster care. His own dubious upbringing left him with little to work with for raising a kid on his own. He tries his hardest though, and manages to barely pass the yearly CPS checks until he loses his day job when Dave is in Junior High and struggles to make ends meet before ultimately being evicted from their apartment. With the threat of losing Dave looming overhead, Dirk reluctantly accepts Mr. Egbert’s offer for them to move in with him and John until Dirk can get back on his financial feet.

Cue…
• Dave and Dirk being generally socially awkward and doing strange things that horrify/worry the Egbert’s because they don’t know how to be “normal”
• Dirk slowly getting attached to and developing ~feelings~ for Mr. Egbert
• Awkward crushing Dirk, adorable domestic fluff

Dave/John is fine, but not necessary. As much as I love the pairing I would almost rather them just be best-bros in this.
Please do not call Dad, “Dad”, unless it’s John or Dave addressing him! Give him a name or call him Egbert. It just rubs me the wrong way.

Bonus: Because Dirk doesn’t like hand outs, he insists on paying half the bills and works really hard to be able to afford his own place again, but when the time comes he really doesn’t want to leave

As the sweeps went on, Marquise Spinneret Mindfang had never been able to quite forget that beautiful slave with the jade blood, the one who had been cruelly taken from her by Dualscar.

So imagine her surprise when thanks to Weird Time Shit, she wakes up, alive, in the present day and meets a young troll that bears more than a passing resemblance to the jadeblood.

And Mindfang must have her.

Anything-- PWP, smutty, SFW-- would be wonderful, but I'd love to see Mindfang seducing/stalking Kanaya who doesn't know just how dangerous her position has become.

So quadrant vacillation sounds like a pretty common thing in troll culture, at least between flushed and caliginous relationships. I would love to see this applied to Rose and Kanaya: they get together flushed-wise and are deliriously happy for a short while, only for Kanaya's feelings to start turning black. To Kanaya, this isn't a big deal--they'll flip quadrants, simple enough--but Rose is shocked and hurt by her girlfriend's hatred and does not respond as Kanaya thought she would, or really in any way that is acceptable from a troll's perspective.

Whatever happens after that is up to you, as long as there are no easy fixes.

Eridan dubcon and mpreg where he's really freaked out about it and gets slut-shamed like crazy.

Eridan is honoured that his ancestor and role model wants him, but why is asking for such degrading things?

And then when he gets pregnant everyone wants to know what sort of freaky stuff he did to get himself in this position.

In canon we always see how desperately Dave tries to get the attention of the others on Pesterchum, so let's go with that.

The Striders are both very lonely, kind of isolated guys. Dave has his online friends but it doesn't quite make up for the fact that he's ignored at school and at home. Bro is just as lonely, spending all of his time working or sleeping and whenever he has some free time to maybe hang out with Dave, he's holed up in his room talking to his friends and Bro feels kind of left-out too.

Anyway, this all culminates in Bro advancing on Dave in an attempt to find closeness, which he doesn't. Dave goes with it because shit, Bro's paying him attention, an actual human being is showing him attention and even though what he's doing is kind of weird and he knows it shouldn't be happening he goes with it because what if this is the only time someone acknowledges him?

Bonus if afterwards it's just awkward and just makes them feel further apart. And that despite that it just keeps happening because they're both so desperate for love that neither of them can give.

Some sea trolls can lay eggs, but there isn't any obvious sign of which trolls they are. It's something they find out for themselves the first time they come into season at six sweeps. Generally they lose the first clutch, either because they just aren't developed enough to carry to term, or because they deliberately get rid of it. Bearers are considered weak, especially if they actually lay and if they fuck up they end up crippled and used as breeding stock, usually for either helmsman grade psionics (while they're being broken and trained) or indigos. But they are given a chance to prove themselves because the ones who don't fuck up tend to be so determined to prove themselves that they're spectacularly successful.

Going into season after a particularly successful FLARPing session with Vriska and the subsequent decision to abort his first clutch was a wake-up call for Eridan. He drops the idea of becoming Feferi's matesprit, and starts actually acting as her moirail, pushing her to take some responsibility instead of enabling her denial and dropping a lot of his desperate attempts to get her full attention. He also tries to convince her that an incremental improvement process is the best option, rather than trying to just abolish the hemospectrum without any real plans for societal reform.

When he finds out about Karkat's blood colour he basically threatens him into starting planning for a rebellion, including an alliance with Feferi to get highblood support for reform at least. Ultimately he wants attitudes towards bearers to change, and once he's a hero for his involvement in the rebellion he intends to carry a clutch for his quadrants.

I want to see a fic in which someone's been tampering with Brobot's code, or maybe he's a great deal more self aware than he should be, or maybe he's just broken - at any rate, he's not doing what he should be doing, aka protecting and sparring with Jake
Instead there is abuse and, if you feel comfortable with writing that, rape. Anything goes as long as there are no crippling or removing limbs.
...I think we've kinda seen that before, so, well... Here's your twist - Jake thinks Dirk actually programmed Brobot to do this to him. Yeah. Not in the sense that "what do you mean this isn't normal" bluh bluh oblivious and stupid Jake, but as in "why would my best friend do this to me?" and angst and betrayal and wow, trusting people is a great deal harder now. Maybe Brobot's even told him that Dirk knows what's going on and that there'll be no help from him.
So... To Jake, things really suck. Now, either he does his best to act normal and pretend like nothing's going on when talking to the others for whichever reason(threats to hurt him? threats to hurt THEM? just... feeling like there's no POINT, because why would they ever help him - ONE of his best friends have already hurt him, why would the girls be any better? anyhting you can come up with, anons), or Brobot is basically doing all his chatting for him to make sure they won't be told(if this is the thing you go with, dozens of bonus points if Jake tries to get on pesterchum without Brobot noticing and is able to send off just a few lines before he gets caught and then shit goes down from all directions). Jake is like a hostage in his own home.
Thing is, best friends tend to notice when something's off about you, and, well, Dirk at least is BOUND to notice, seeing as Jake would most likely be trying to cut any and all conversations short and avoid him as much as possible.
And then they find a way to time travel(or you could just, kinda, skip out on canon there,I really don't mind in this particular case) and fly on over to burn that robot to a fucking crisp because hurting their friends is not okay on any level and then there is badassery and protectiveness and a lot of tension in the air and making things good again will take a LONG, LONG TIME - though you wouldn't have to write that part unless you wanted to

tl;dr - Brobot is hurting Jake, Jake thinks Dirk is MAKING Brobot do it, there is angst and emotions and then Dirk/Roxy/Jane realises what's going on and come save him

bonus if
-Jake is slowly breaking
-It takes the others quite some time to really figure out WHAT's wrong
-They all feel seriously terrible about it
-There is literally no way to describe how much they want to kill Brobot/whoever-messed-with-the-codes afterwards
-Loads of focus on Jake's feelings and Dirk's confusion

preferably a male troll like karkat or sollux, but i'm definitely ok with eridan/aradia, or eridan/dave, or eridan/dirk, or...the list goes on and on. whatever you want really.

redrom or blackrom, i'm not specific, but you could go either way - maybe the partner wants eridan to be as comfortable as possible during sex, even if they aren't; or eridan finds the partner in a position they can't control and decides to take advantage.

Alright, I have a big itch for Karkat/Nepeta. And not one-sided, unrequited, sadstuck Karkat/Nepeta. Karkat's a romantic, right? So... I want a fic where Karkat is just as horn over heels for Nepeta as she is for him, maybe in a post-sgrub "every is grown up and happy" au. Both fluff and porn are fine, just as long as their shared love is obvious.

An alternative take on the whole breeders thing. Some lowbloods (say red to yellow) can lay eggs without the mothergrub's involvement. The 'external' indicator is in the gential region, so any of the canon lowbloods could work. These lowbloods are usually sold off to a highblood as a combination of a sex slave and the highblood's own personal mothergrub - they can lay eggs that are theirs, or that are just their owner's or even a mix of their owner and a partner, depending on how they're bred.

So, when one of the lowbloods is discovered to be a breeder they try to get a highblood they trust to buy and protect them. Of course Sollux might think it's a much better deal than ending up as a helmsman, but he'd need a very powerful owner to avoid that - say Feferi or Eridan.

Alternatively it might be fun to see the lowblood sold to a highblood OC and have to be rescued one way or another by a canon troll.
